We’ve been in a new construction Aspen home for about two months. We are very pleased with the quality of the home. The project manager was professional and attentive throughout the build. We’ve had a few issues after closing as expected but they were minor and taken care of.

Purchased Aspen-built home in 2017 and very happy with the results. We purchased the home during construction and project manager helped us customize several features to fit our specific needs and provided some much-needed flexibility regarding our closing/move-in date. Our project manager was always very responsive to any questions or issues. A few minor issues were all resolved to my satisfaction at the 1 year walk-through. We are planning a garage remodel and wouldn't think of using anyone other than Aspen.

We recently bought an Aspen home that we found during the initial stages of construction and our experience has been phenomenal. Our project manager has been and continues to be responsive and compassionate. He was patient and accommodating with multiple requests (moving landscaping, adding decorative elements, fencing, etc). The house is gorgeous and well made. We were given the option to modify the finishes during the build and chose not to because the designer had already chosen beautiful options. There are so many extra details we are discovering the longer we’ve lived here- like prewiring for a stereo, security system, and mounted TVs that were not even advertised! We would definitely buy another Aspen home and are so thankful for the relationship we have built with this company.
